About us

We’re a family-run cafe, bakery & restaurant based in Wellington, New Zealand born out of a love for baking & cooking that blossomed into a small business during the uncertain times of lockdown. What started in our home kitchen has grown into something bigger, and we’re excited to now welcome you to our physical Cafe, Bakery, & Restaurant space at

4 Chews Lane, Wellington Central

Today, we offer more than handcrafted breads and signature pastries. Our menu includes fresh coffee, hearty breakfasts, satisfying lunches, comforting dinners, and full catering services. Every dish is prepared with care, intention, and warmth, using recipes shaped by family, culture, and experience.

Our kitchen remains both our sanctuary and our creative space. Everything we serve is made with love, and we are honoured to share our food, our story, and our table with the Wellington community.

Faithful Flavours began as a simple idea to bring comfort and joy through food during uncertain times. What started as home baking to lift spirits has grown into a family-led pursuit of hospitality, flavour, and connection.

Today, Faithful Flavours is more than a bakery. Located in the heart of Wellington at 4 Chews Lane, we are a café and restaurant serving fresh coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, cakes, pastries, artisan bread, and catering services. Every dish is prepared with the same care, intention, and love that shaped our beginnings.
